Women to lead

After this pandemic, I frequently talk with talented, experienced, and incredibly capable women. For the most part, they are doing great: setting goals, creating plans to accomplish them, and making progress in their careers but still something is sabotaging them to negative thoughts.
Women in our society are often conditioned to put needs of others ahead. It is very normal to see a married woman to put time for her children and husband ahead of her own physical and mental health.
After years of this continuous conditioning, when she does prioritize herself, she is worried about the judgements of the others ( even worse is her judgement ) She either keeps questioning her actions or puts the blame on others especially in case of bad decision.
The only way to get out of this victim mentality trap is to be honest with oneself about our intentions, needs and desires. Why we do, what we do and take the complete responsibility of the repercussions.
It is a great way to get moving when we feel stuck! I think many women struggle with similar things as they work to become credible and successful. It helps to know that I share many of the same feelings and “humble beginnings” as others, and have the same opportunity for success! Will make this blog a part of my regular routine.
My goal with this blog posts, is to call out our struggles so we can face them head on, develop strategies for growth, and accept and laugh about our humanity.
I believe this model will be useful for growth as women and leaders in business that leads to our success and fulfilment.
